I just discovered Format Factory http://www.formatoz.com/ which has a very slick interface -- one I can give to non-techie teachers. I've only used it a couple times, but it worked great to convert my Kodak Easy Share MOV's to the wmv's I needed for Movie Maker! Finally, I don't have to give up my favorite 'easy to use' cameras for classroom just because of file format issues. Yippee!
