I specialize in training on the use of Moodle, the most popular Open Source Learning Management System (LMS). I can customize the training to fit your particular needs. Below are listed a few examples of the types of training I have done or could do:

• 2 day introduction: This is a two day training where I cover the basics on the first day and we spend the second day really getting in and designing a site for the users at the training.
• 1 Day Introduction: This is similar to the two day course above but everything is crammed into one day. This is a very intense day and only recommended if the users in the training are pretty tech savvy.
• 1 Day Overview: This class is designed to just show people what the LMS is and how it could be potentially used in your environment.
• 1 or 2 hour Overview: Similar to the overview above but not in as much detail.
• 1 Day on using the LMS as a basic web presence: This course is designed to just show how to use the LMS as a web site tool. None of the interactive features are covered in this session. Users will learn to create and manage a basic web site using the tools in the LMS system.
• 1 hour to 1 day courses on specific modules within the LMS system.
• A 1 year program to incrementally introduce the various components of Moodle using Action Learning. This program is based upon a once a month skills session followed with three weeks of in class use of the skills introduced and finishing up the month with a learning set meeting to collaboratively discuss the successes and pitfalls of the last three weeks.
